Perle, DC, MS professor of clinical sciences at the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic discusses the topic of chiropractic and stroke with Dr. Brett Kinsler.  He participated in the Connecticut Board of Chiropractic Examiner's hearing on informed consent on this issue and provides an insightful, scientific view.
