Dr. Shawn Thistle is a chiropractor with a unique relationship with research. Though he is in clinical practice and uses the literature to guide his patient care, he also owns Research Review Service where he and his team scour the massive body of scientific literature to pick out and pass along the best and most relevant bits to field doctors. In this episode, Dr. Thistle spoke with Dr. Brett Kinsler about the relationship chiropractors have with the research, where the most recent wins have been in the literature and what the current situation looks like for research funding and progress.

John J. Triano, DC PhD is the dean of graduate education and research at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and is one of the most well-known and well-respected chiropractic researchers and clinicians. He spoke with me about limited prescription authority for chiropractors and his views on the topic (hint: he's in favor of it), rational chiropractic practice (in favor of that too), and subluxation (he's in favor of getting over it).
This interview with Dr. Triano was conducted by Rochester chiropractor Brett L. Kinsler, DC.
